Shift Details: Monday – Friday 7:30 PM – 5 AM

Responsibilities
Agents will be cold calling the clients to generate the leads.
Communicate with customers via phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years of relevant Call Center experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs20,000.00 – Rs60,000.00 per month
