Assistant Manager Sales Coordinator (Islamabad)

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Sales Coordinator to support our sales leadership and streamline operations. You’ll manage sales coordination, assist in team supervision, drive process efficiency, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination: Manage sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and
CRM updates. Track leads, orders, and client communications to ensure
seamless workflows.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed
sales targets. Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and
maximize revenue.
• Team Support: Assist the department head in daily operations, reporting, and
KPI tracking. Mentor junior coordinators and sales staff.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance
teams.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in sales processes and implement
improvements. Prepare sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and progress
reports.
• Administration: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate sales
events/travel.

Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, (a related field preferred)
Experience:
• 3–5 years in sales coordination, administration, sales growth or team support.
• Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B experience is a plus).
• Prior supervisory/leadership exposure preferred.

Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
