The role of incumbent is to maintain the position as healthcare service provider with vast vision and strategy for the future growth of organization.
To achieve these goals will require; To lead day by day operations and ensure appropriate programs and services. Ensure effective management of working team to develop and implement new programs. Supervise service agreements, budgets and statutory requirements. Provide expert strategic advice and policy development. Advocate to all layers of government, business, peer organizations and community. Skills required: Candidate have 10
years experience within similar broad based health care set up with: Strong, energetic. inclusive and decisive leadership style. Highly developed
strategic planning and policy development. Understanding in dealing with government, community sectors and peer organizations.
Good financial and commercial acumen Good communication and leadership skills.
