We are seeking a polished and organized individual to manage front desk operations while contributing to an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including guest reception and handling inquiries
• Support outreach and digital promotion through social media management and timely website updates
• Assist in the digitization, filing, and secure archiving of academic records
• Ensure smooth administrative coordination and effective office support functions
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles
• Prior experience working with senior-level management will be preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Effective time management skills
