A reputed software house is hiring a CSR (Medical) for a US-based Compounding Pharmacy client.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Provide support to customers queries regarding the client’s products/services mostly via phone (Including email and chat)
• Address complex client queries promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Medical Data Entry
• Follow up on open incidents and keep the customer informed
• Who are we looking for:
• 4 to 5 years experience as a Customer Service Representative (BPO)
• Excellent computer navigation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Amenable to work on a night schedule
Salary: 40K-80K
Timings:
• Monday To Friday: 10:00pm – 7:00am
