Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers through Calls
– Responding to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and empathetic manner
– Gathering information to escalate complaints or issues
– Call Center Experience is preferably required
Must Have:
– Minimum Intermediate, Bachelors would be preferred
– Excellent Communication Skills (Balochi Speaking is a must)
