Roles & Responsibilities ·
Open and maintain telecommunication with clients
Prepare weekly review of all calls being made, maintain Employee and visitor logs for reporting
Attend customer’s queries on calls, social media and take Prompt action to address maximum customer requirement Preferred Skills
Prior BPO working experience
Prior Experience of Customer Handling Experience
Articulate, energetic, team player, social and responsible
Self –starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
Advance Knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel and CRM (Preferred)
Contract length: 36 months
