Job Skills & Qualifications:
– Customer facing Skills
– Preferable with Knowledge on VAS Systems like SMSC, SMPP, SaaS
– Proven Track Record of Successfully Developing and Managing Customer Relationships, including C-Level Relationships
-Experience Managing a Portfolio Enterprise Accounts
– An understanding of how Professional Services/ Customer Success Teams operate
– The ability to Self-Driven, maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
– High Technical Aptitude & Strong Business Acumen
– Clear Communicator with Strong Presentation Skills
– Positive, Proactive & Solution-Oriented Attitude to everything you do
– Good Troubleshooting Skills
Must Have Skills:
– Must Have Proficient English Communication Skills (Spoken + Written)
– Must have Tele Sales experience, managing the international Market
– Understanding of the industry and having Call Center Experience is a must
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) / Telecommunications / Computer Science/ or related fields.
