As marketing lead, qualification requirements: Postgraduate Level, one would be required to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, measure and report on the performance of these campaigns and gain insight, as well as assess against goals.
Furthermore, the marketing lead must make sure that all channels of the brand are aligned and provide valuable and engaging con-tent for the end-consumer. Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players is also an im-portant factor. This job requires you to work closely with accounts & sales to make sure the marketing campaigns are resulting in increased brand awareness and sales.
Furthermore, the marketing budget would need to be prepared on a quarterly and annual basis and the funds must be allocat-ed by said individual wisely. Market competitive salary will be offered.
