Imam Clinic Hospital is looking for �Accounts Manager�
Qualification: MBA (Finance or ACCA Preferable)
Required Experience: 5 years� experience and at least 3 years of Managerial experience.
Gender: Male / Female
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & present the periodic financial & Management reports.
Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Plan & implement overall accounting strategy.
Oversee accounting daily operations.
Monitor & present departmental KPIs, Projects / Tasks & achievements.
Adhere to proper accounting methods, and policies and encourage other employees to adhere to standards.
Ability to assign projects to staff in a way to control & monitor the compliance and accuracy of reports.
Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Ensures compliance with local laws.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Recruits and hires staff and conducts performance evaluations.
