Position: HR & Support Lead
Location: Gulshan Iqbal Block 05 (Preferred)
Timings: 1-9pm, 6 days a week
Salary: 35-45k with commission
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 professionals
• Execute all HR operations including recruitment, placement, and interviews
• Maintain impeccable documentation and formal emailing standards
• Excel in managing HR processes with a keen eye for detail
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
What You Bring:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills with natural leadership abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and formal business correspondence
• A passion for talent hunting and placement
