We’re Hiring: Clinician Success Executive
Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad (In-office Only)
Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift (US Timings)
Compensation: PKR 120,000 to 150,000 per month + bonuses & benefits
Introduction:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Clinician Success Executive to support the growth and success of mental health professionals. This is not a typical medical billing role—it’s an impactful position that blends credentialing, billing, operations, and strategic support to drive clinician and organizational success.
What You’ll Do:
Credential therapists with insurance providers
Track and document credentialing status of therapists
Assist in onboarding new therapists
Handle claims submissions and payment tracking
Streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Learn and adapt to new tools and billing software (full training provided)
Collaborate with a team making a real impact in mental health care
What We’re Looking For:
Individuals with an American or neutral accent (strictly no Indian or Pakistani accents)
Quick learners who are proactive and tech-savvy
Experience in billing or credentialing is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
