Job description
Sales background of FMCG or preferably cosmetics industry, area knowledge, Metro major city & rural distribution handling experience, primary & secondary sales handling, credit management.
Responsibilities include:
– To meet & handle primary & secondary sales targets, Bifurcation as per area potential, as per SO’s contribution, leading & meeting assigned targets as per given time lines.
– Channel wise sales strategies & its execution towards business growth.
– To plan brands positioning, team’s development for future as per opportunities
– To hand distribution sales force & entire infrastructure especially warehousing (FIFO, Pallets, Stacking, Cleaning etc)
– Sales representation in sales meetings
– To take initiative & drive business as per time, situation & business need.
– To lead his team along with business challenges, on job training, guidelines required by team members,
– Trade assets monitoring in trade & its handling with proper record.
– Support role with marketing team to execute different activities.
Person should have Masters Degree preferably MBA degree having at least 10 years of experience in which 3-4 years should be in the same capacity.
