Location: Lahore
We are hiring Outgoing Call Centre Agent (English-Speaking)
Office Timings: Mon-Fri (7 PM – 3 AM)
Salary: 45k-50k pkr
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or support.
– Provide clear information and address customer inquiries.
– Record call outcomes and update CRM systems.
– Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
– Fluent in English.
– Confident phone communication and persuasion skills.
– Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus.
