Job Description for Required IT Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
Proven work experience as a IT Assistant.
Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office
Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
maintaining inventories of hardware and software
keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
Good interpersonal skills, time management skills and Ability to think critically.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting & hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Tracking and managing work records and compiling job reports.
Good knowledge of CCTV (DVR,NVR, XVr IP Camera and Analog Camera) and must have Server knowledge and also TCP/IP Protocols, DHCP, Switch, Router Configuration.
Basic knowledge of Attendance machine zkteco configuration.
