Role Description
Handle customers sampling & operational coordination.
Coordinate with external stakeholders i.e. vendors (agents, exhibition organizers etc.)
Coordinate, communicate and fill regulatory forms of Animal Quarantine, Husbandry & TDAP .
Make and retain all documents library related to exports documentation, Reconcile exports receipts and expenses.
Day to day operational coordination with Finance, Eximp for Customers for Payments, invoices and shipping schedule.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders i.e. R&D, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance & Marketing.
Qualifications:
– Minimum Graduation with at least 1-2 years of proven working experience with any leading FMCG company.
