TEKOCEANS is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team in Karachi office (on site). If you are passionate about social media, creative in your approach, and have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
-Online bidding on Upwork.
-Experience in writing Proposals, bidding for designing, branding & and software development.
-Experience with interacting with international clients Lead Generation.
-Business prospecting and bidding Conduct client presentations and negotiations Provide quotes on projects.
-Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
-Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
-Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Qualifications:
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Strong knowledge of Digital Web Services (Website Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, etc.)
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Huge Confidence & and ability to achieve sales targets.
Shift timing 9pm-6am
Salary: PKR 60k+Commission
