Head of Department- Export Education: MBA preferably in supply chain Certificate in PIFFA & FIATA will be an added advantage Experience: 5 years of relevant experience Must be familiar with working on PSW / WEBOC Having knowledge on all kind of trade terms Having comprehensive knowledge of export documents Must have skills in operating MS Office Having problem solving skills and capable to handle pressure to meet dead-lines Good Leadership skills
Job Description:: Maintaining orders with coordination of sales team. Following up production plans with planning for dispatch. Making neat and clean documents for export. Handling all air / sea export documentation. Following up on payments from customers and helping accounts team on this. Following up on rebates. Making reports on weekly basis. Making EE statement on the end of FCY. Updating records for custom for audit purposes Salary and Benefits Commensurate with market and profile of the candidate.
