Location: Karachi
A well known multi-story commercial building in the center of Karachi requires the services of a Building Manager with a neat and professional appearance, capable of excellent organizational skills, both written and verbal communication capability.
Responsibility will include interacting with unit holders and staff of the building to ensure supervision of services, maintaining cleanliness, timely recovery of dues from unit holders. The ideal candidate must be qualified, motivated, and experienced. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or other related fields, along with a minimum of five years of experience in managerial positions in the fields of building services, management, administration, security, and recoveries.
