Financial Analyst /Finance Manager

Experience: 3 -5 years experience as a Financial Manager in a reputed organization
Education: Minimum 4 years of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Budgeting Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted Accounting Oversee operations of the finance department,
set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests Tax & Compliance Develop tax strategies and policies that help the business maintain compliance with accounting policies and local/federal tax laws and regulations.
Accurately preparing and filing state and federal tax documents. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team, and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation. Auditing Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for the amicable resolution of differences.
Risk Management Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Requirements & Skills Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns. Proficient user of finance software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Professional qualifications such as ACCA or similar will be considered a plus.
