We are hiring Telemarketing Representatives (Night Shift)
Job description
This position is ideal for anyone with experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. The majority of your work day will involve making and receiving telephone calls.
Roles:
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services, and/or charitable causes
• Must be able to make 100 calls and emails.
• Explain the product or service to potential customers.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
• Adjust scripted sales pitches to meet the needs of specific individuals
• Provide pricing details
• Handle customer questions
• Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
• Input requirement details into the computer system.
• Record customer details and details of the transaction.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Qualifications:
• Excellent phone skills in English language only
• Organizational skills
• Skillful with computers (Outlook, Excel, Gmail)
• Strong written and verbal skills, grammar, and spelling
• University preferred.
Location. Shahrah e Faisal Karachi.
Timings. 6 pm – 2 am
Salary. 30,000 –50,000 PKR
