Digital Marketing Manager required for our Head Office in Islamabad.

The ideal incumbent must be able to:
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Plan and manage our social media platforms.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure brand consistency.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, come up with results-driven branding strategies to improve our business ROI.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter Instagram, and YouTube, etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and work with web developers to keep the website updated.
Collaborate with designers to create engaging and trending content.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Minimum 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
Work experience in marketing automation tools.
Worked on Paid campaigns (Google Ads, AdWords, Insta & Facebook)
Knowledge of Photoshop and other media editing software
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field
Should know how online campaigns work on multiple digital media platforms.
Should be able to lead a team independently.
