BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled & experienced candidate for the position of Social Media Executive for it’s Customer Experience department.
Job Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Near EBM Main Causeway, Karachi.
Job Role:
– Manage and respond on all social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, ETC)
– Customer-centric approach while facilitating customers, to deliver an excellent response.
– Communicate with customers through various channels. (Social Media OR on call)
– Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives & under the core values or organization.
– Should be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, & complaints.
Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelors in Business.
– Must have at least 1 of customer services.
– Experience (Social Media / Live Chat)
– Excellent written & verbal communication.
– A focused individual & a team player.
