We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The candidate must have previous experience in HR consulting firm.
Key responsibilities includes nurturing and growing relationships with clients, creating and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, able to understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR solutions and must be able to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms and ensure client satisfaction. The candidate must have Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, HR, or related field and proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the HR services industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must.
