Looking for Associate Project Manager-Software who will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects having 2 to 3 years of project management experience.
Location: Near Shan Chowrangi, Korangi
Key Duties:
Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create and manage detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress.
Ensure quality standards are met and projects adhere to budget and timelines.
Assist in post-project evaluation and reporting for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in project management or related role.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
