1. Assistant Manager – Administration & HR . Education: B.Com with MBA (HRA) or MPA.
Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees (general workers, janitorial, security, and contractor staff). Manage compliance and official relations with government authorities, including SESSI, EOBI. and labor departments. Salary & Benefits: PKR 115,000/= – 130,000/=
month + Annual Gross Bonus. Leave Encashment & Gratuity
2- Finance Executive – Costing & Reporting Education:
Finance Graduate / ICMA (Strategic Level). Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate costing &
reporting. Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years
Key Responsibilities: Perform product costing, variance analysis, and operational financial reporting. Assist management with accurate monthly financial insights and budget analysis.
Salary & Benefits: PKR 100.000/= – 125,000/= month + Annual Gross Bonus, Leave Encashment & Gratuity.
