A leading software house required Front Desk Officer/Receptionist –(Female) for their Karachi office. Location is Shahrah e Faisal.
Job Description:
• Manage the front desk
• Facilitate the customers/ candidates in the office
• Facilitate HR in interviews
• Book appointments/ reservations
• Assist customer’s telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
• Manage couriers
• Maintain all necessary record related to reception area
• Supervise junior staff to maintain office environment
• Provides general office support with clerical activities and related tasks
• Perform any other task assignment by the department head
• Job timings – 9am to 6pm
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Prefer at least bachelor’s education.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Command in MS Office (Computer Literate).
• Punctuality of Time
