� Must possess strong Communications skills (Written & Verbal)
� Must be able to handle out bound calls
� Manage & resolve customer complaints promptly
� Must be customer focused with a sales approach
� Must have familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
� 1-2 years of relevant experience in Call Centre
� Candidates with creative cold-calling closing approach will be considered
