One of our clients is looking for a dynamic Fintech Product Manager to lead product growth, strategy, and execution for digital financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in wallets, payments, and money-movement products, and will work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans
• Lead end-to-end product development (requirements, user stories, sprints, launch)
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and legal teams
• Track KPIs and optimize adoption, activation, retention, and revenue
• Integrate risk and fraud considerations into product design
• Communicate product updates and priorities with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in fintech (wallets, payments, money movement)
• Proven experience in product strategy and growth
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Required Skills
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in digital payments
• Experience with PSPs, payment processors, KYC/AML, or fraud controls
