Job Description:
Digicon Valley is a software house, looking for Freelance Software Projects’ Bidding / Sales Lead Generation Executive in Lahore.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
• Must be willing to work in office
• Must have atleast 1-2 years’ experience in creating profiles over Freelancing platforms, software development projects’ bidding, generating leads and maturing them.
• Must have excellent persuasive skills and English communication skills to interact with prospects and clients based in US, UK, Canada and Australia.
• Client Relations and Freelance Software Projects’ Bidding skills
The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
• Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.) for IT Solutions (Web Applications, and Mobile Application Development jobs)
• Quality project selection and bidding.
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client, and closure.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client.
• Talking on the phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
• Maintain very high rating on all platforms
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
• Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia
• Should have excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
• Generating business through online freelancing portal likes Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc.
• Strong grip to write winning proposals, deciding costing and negotiations.
• Technical knowledge about Selected Domains. (plus Point).
• Must have good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Meet monthly quota of projects.
• Lead generation that results in sales.
• Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated. Handsome Salary package. Functional Area: Sales & Business Development
