•Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Manage active directory and set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Resolve Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management system.
• Provide Proper resolution of User Level Issues Windows Profile Issue, Outlook Profile Issue windows repair user backup restoration.
• Support office staff or remote site staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Prioritize and manage many open support tickets/E-mails at one time.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience with general desktop support and physical Desktop PC installations.
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
• Good Knowledge on technologies like Microsoft, Cisco and Virtualization.
• Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes, Domain, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Working as part of a team and operating in a fast paced in 24×7 Support (Rotational Shifts)
• Good communication Skills
