We are actively looking for a Floor Manager for Karachi Store on an immediate basis. The Details are under:-

Position: 02.
Responsibilities:
–Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through in the store
–Training new employees.
–Evaluating staff based on performance-based metrics
–Setting criteria for staff, such as sales performance and customer approval or complaints
–Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis
–Managing the store, both retail and company, inventory, including loss prevention through theft and breakage
–Dealing with Customer queries & Complaints in a professional manner.
–Monitoring & maintaining Inventory levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years at a similar position in the retail sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Efficient multitasking skill with “Problem-solving” and “Can-Do” attitude
