A reputable manufacturing public limited company (PSX) looking for a Company Secretary with immediate joining. Candidates with a Law Degree & MBA will be preferred, age not more than 45 years, minimum 10 years of experience out of which 5 years experience of company secretary in a public limited company, should be well versed with companies law, SECP, SBP and other government rules and regulations.
