Proficient in English, Urdu, Chinese is preferred
One-year team leader or above experience in call center or related telemarketing company
The ability to motivate and manage the team, to produce training courses, and the ability to speak

Use Microsoft Office Suite related software to prepare reports or awards

1. Must have Online sales and team leading experience in any online marketing company/ Call Centre
2. Must have Customer services experience
3. Understanding of relevant products and business processes preferred
4. Must have teamwork skill and sense of responsibility
5. Must have good communication skills in English and Urdu, while having Chinese language skill is a plus
6. Must have research thinking, and can cultivate employees’ thinking
7. Must be interested in the industry and have a career development plan in line with the industry
