About Aawaz AI
Aawaz AI creates enterprise grade software for financial institutions (FIs) to enable access of formal credit to women-led commercial enterprises. We build alternative data pipelines and create XAI (Explainable AI) models to help FIs in extending formal credit to women entrepreneurs and enterprises. We work with international institutions like Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Women Financial Exchange (WFX-Manila). Required Skills and Qualifications
BS in Computer Science/related field with 3+ years of experience as full stack developer.
React, Django, Python, HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript stacks, PostgreSQL.
Experience in developing RESTful/ GraphQL APIs and microservices based applications.
Comfortable with software development best practices: unit tests, code reviews, continuous integration, deployment, secure and clean code.
Knowledge of server/client interactions (scalability, caching. Web app performance optimization)
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Nice to have Skills and Qualifications
Experience with visualization and dashboards.
Experience deploying applications to Azure, and with Azure environment and tools.
Experience with Docker, Redis.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with development team and product manager to ideate software solution.
Write clean and efficient code, document it, and maintain the codebase.
Write effective APIs.
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
Create security and data protection settings.
