Aliza Solutions LTD is a creative digital agency providing expert services in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We’re currently expanding our sales team and looking for a skilled Sales Executive to manage and grow our Upwork and Fiverr presence from our in-house office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Aliza Solutions’ Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
Search for relevant web design, development, and branding projects daily.
Write personalized, high-converting proposals to potential clients.
Understand client needs and confidently communicate project details.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain records of all bidding activity and performance reports.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freelance platform bidding (Upwork, Fiverr).
Strong understanding of web design, development, and branding services.
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
Experience in writing customized proposals and dealing directly with clients.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Must be available for on-site work at our office.
