Social Media Executive Job Purpose:

SME will handle all social media channels, campaigns, and communication to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. It is expected that the incumbent will research and analyze social media trends, including social media ROI and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. SME will report to Manager (Online Marketing) and work with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media platforms.

Social Media Executive Job Duties:

Manage company’s social media accounts.
Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused communication.
Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
Effectively work with social media team members, including content creators, and graphic designers.
Help in auditing and analyzing social media presences, including digital advertising costs and ROI.
Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with product specific news releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Social Media Executive Qualification:

MBA (Marketing) or BS (Media Studies) from HEC recognized universities.

Social Media Executive Experience:

Preferably 1 Year experience with a reputed organization

Social Media Executive Required Skills:

Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills.
