The candidate will be responsible for order management on portals.
Analyzing the performance management and daily tasks.
Assigning and maintain the orders and its deadline according to requirements and level of expertise.
Maintaining the data in portals and on google sheets.
Collaborate with the management for reporting and skills requirements.
Requirements
Expertise on handling performance of each employees.
Ability to create weekly or monthly report for each orders and staff members.
Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
Ability to analyze the problem, requirements and a problem solver.
Strong analytical and a critical thinker with strong decision-making concept.
Ability to lead the team in a result oriented way.
