Required Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Masters preferred.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project implementation, coordination, or management, preferably in the education or development sector.
– Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
– Proven ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders.
– Experience of working with government departments, preferably the education department in Sindh.
– Demonstrated experience in administration, procurement, and vendor management, including knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
– Proven track record in fundraising or resource mobilization, preferably for schools or education initiatives.
– Willingness to travel frequently within the district and surrounding areas.
