Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
– Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
– Arrange business meetings with prospective clients & Third Parties.
– Foster and develop relationships with customer/clients and third parties for integration.
– Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
– Understanding business needs and documenting the requirements for development team and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet the requirements.
– Technically sound to gather requirements and be able to advise development team.
– Keep a breast of trends and changes in the ecommerce industry.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
– Proven sales track record
– Experience in customer support is a plus
– Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business Research and Identify business opportunities for mobile and web application
– Market knowledge of ecommerce industry
– Work Strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
– Time management and planning skills
– Technical Integrations knowledge – Like Jazz cash, Easy paisa
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
