We are hiring Business Development Manager.
Location:: Lahore (onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Timings : Monday-Friday (6PM-3AM)
Salary: 100K-200K
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate leads for software solutions (e.g., hashtag hashtagSaaS, custom software, IT services).
– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
– Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
– Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
– 3+ years of experience in business development/sales in the software industry.
– Strong understanding of software solutions, tech trends, and client needs.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
