The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues.
Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job specifications, forms, SOPs, and other HR-related documents
Sourcing candidates via online job advertisements, social media, databases, referrals, etc.
Screening the candidates by resume short-listing, phone interview, and personal interviews
Requesting references and conducting a background check of the shortlisted candidates before Hiring.
Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and company.
Developing a good understanding of Company, work culture, and environment.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee/an efficient onboarding process Setting up / Update record of new employees and existing employees.
Supervise and apply HR recruiting best practices
Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
1+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
