Eligibility: 10 to 15 years of experience in agricultural farm operations. Basic literacy and proficiency in mobile email usage. Preference will be given to individuals with an agricultural background or sons of farmers.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily farming operations for fruits and vegetables. Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control. Supervise staff and ensure effective utilization of resources.
