NIPRO JMI Medical Ltd. is hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Accounts & Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the departmental activities and assisting the management as per desire.
• To provide support on the day-to-day operation & activities of all financial information systems.
• Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly financial statement preparation complying IFRS & ISA.
• Assist commercial department for LC related activities.
• LC costing.
• Preparation and submission of various regulatory reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis.
• Prepare and coordinate with the Internal/ External Auditor for completion of the different audits.
• Check Bank Payment, Receipt, Journal Voucher and daily &monthly Cash/Credit Sales & Collection.
• Management of Tax/ VAT/ Custom/ Excise Duty related works and maintaining relationships with Government & Non-Government Institutions with compliance.
• Maintain leisure with VAT & Tax authority and comply VAT & Tax laws.
• Maintain daily inventory movement.
• Prepare daily revenue and consumption reports.
• Prepare budget on daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly basis.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Prepare/checking all voucher and posting to accounting software.
• Process vendor payments and check requests.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Perform basic office management duties as requested.
• Any other requirement as required by management.
Requirements:
Education: MBA/M.com in Accounting also BBA/B.com in Accounting (Graduate of Public University will get preference)
Professional Certification: CA (CC), Completion of Certificate level is preferable.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
