Urgently need a Software & Hardware Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify solution to software and hardware issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issue , including account setup and network configuration.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Deployment & Troubleshooting to client-End with maintaining notes.
Requirements:
Shift Timings: Morning.
Education: Computer Science or relevant field.
Experience: Fresh or 01 Year
Salary Package: 18,000/- to 25,000/-
