Responsibilities:
To give customer a warm welcome
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Making sure that the goods are attractively displayed, barcoded & tagged.
Answer customer questions as per policies for services, and products.
Maintain stock levels
Identify & Prevent stock loss.
To take care of personal hygiene and keep oneself presentable with good and professional attire
He will be handling all customer complaints and provide appropriate solution on time.
Ensure compliance of all management directives given from time to time with regards to branch operations.
Any other task as assignment by the management.
