Job Summary:
As a Sales and Admin Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and ready to multitask, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Coordinate sales meetings and presentations with clients.
Maintain and update sales records, documents, and databases.
Handle office administration tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing communication.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, reports, and client documentation.
Ensure timely communication between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles (1 year minimum).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (1 year minimum).
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
