Getmaksolutions is an IT Company based in Islamabad looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by you or your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a good understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. We expect you to have efficient command of the English language and great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
-Implement complex business logic scenarios in a clean & efficient way
-Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
-Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
-Manage background processes & queues
Skills Required
-Strong knowledge of PHP and its web frameworks such as Laravel
-Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery and Vue.
-Knowledge of test-driven development
-Understanding and prior experience building and consuming RESTful API’s
-Understanding of MVC design patterns
-Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
-Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
-Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
-Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
-Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
-Knowledge of LINUX and WordPress will be a plus
Salary: 40k-60k
