Delta Energy Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Officer to join our growing team in Karachi.
About the Role:
As an HR & Accounts Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Human Resources and Finance departments. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, requiring a strong understanding of both HR practices and basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities (HR):
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
Manage employee benefits programs (if applicable).
Support performance management processes.
Responsibilities (Accounts):
Prepare and process invoices.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Manage petty cash.
Support the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
