Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Tender & Quotation Specialist. The role involves preparing and managing tenders, quotations, and related documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring tenders are submitted on time, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive bids and quotations.
Qualifications
Experience in preparing and managing tenders, bids, and quotations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
